Hi guys
Well I had my first training session with you's on thursday and............................... It was awesome i'm loving the pain im in at the moment i can't walk properly but its excellent. Unfortunately i wont be their this week due to work but I will definetely be their the week after. Thanks again and see you soon. Phil.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I am still in pain and I have been doingit for about 5 months!!! Youi find muscles that you never knew you had!
