always wanted to play training question

hello all cant beleive theres a team in dearham, just want to know about showing upfor training as i got no kit just some mouldy old footy boots what do i need? and do i need to be asked first or anything like that

ps been abit idle athletic wise for 2 years would be happy just to run around and meet team if i need gear,
pps id be holder if it aint taken
