Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum but i am interested in joining your team i've spoke to paddy about it, but as of yet i havn't been able to get down to training with you lot because of work. I fingers crossed should be coming this Thursday 7th. i was just wondering is their anything I need to bring with me. many thanks and hope to see you soon Phil.

Dude!!! You'll need some footie boots and track gear if you want to run about. Maybe a wateer bottle, but other than that just come and see what it's all about.

I'd like to endorse wot everyone1 is saying, I came to training only knowing Butch and you're made very welcome...until the 1st hit

i owe paddy for the dislocated finger that or completely missing and my fat arse landing on the point of my middle finger,
but i think i need a pat on the back ive lost 1 stone in 2 weeks its been 3 weeks but i ate lots of chips and pizza last weekend, so that dont count

You need to eat so you don't die so that's ok.
