Midweek training in Cumbria???
How about it then lads?? Are we still on for a midweek training session down here just to keep us ticking over? The dark nights are really breaking now, so a couple of hours on a Wednesday night or whenever would be spot on. Even if we done a bit of circuit training, it would be better than nothing!!

Your right there, we're not going to be able to get much done in terms of actual football but we could get an hour of fittness in and a fewd drills? You know, with a bit of training paddy could be able to run 40 yards and maybe even score!

Re: Midweek training in Cumbria???
at the minute i dont have a plan, at the meeting i belive that simon was goin to get in touch with the necessary people about starting to train in maryport again, dont know if he has done that or to be honest if its even required.
As for starting again, how does next week sound, say thursday night 7/7.30 (thats not anywhere in between thats a vote for the time)
That is unless there are legal reasons we cant do it.

Re: Midweek training in Cumbria???
So, as far as I can understand it, there will be a fitness training session next week (30th April) at 7pm(ish) at Maryport.
Is that the case?
And as if Paddy could manage both a fitness session and a gym session in one week. Thats a month's worth of action for the guy with the leading ball carrying average.......
