What a training session! Really enjoyed it, legs have just about recovered today but ached all over, got some cracking bruises as well! lol cant wait to get stuck in again

Yeah i also might not be able to make it this week as i am stuck for a lift. But having said that, i'll definately be up for going if anyone can pick me up, that is, if they are passing through or are based in Workington?

Hi Guys
its been really good having you guys up at training this last few weeks you can see you are going to be a big part of the team as well. Mick , Paddy Dan and a few others are showing well at training . I konw its a jaunt but keep it up boys when you get to play for real it will all be worth it .
