Where were you all last night

What was up last night??? we only had 14 people turn up our game is on the 2nd of August and we need all the training you can get in..

Speaking for myself, I had someone kneel on my left thigh during the "light training" on tuesday and, while it didn't feel bad enough to stop me on the night, by the time I got home it was really sore (to the point where I needed to swing both legs out of Dan's car to get out instead of the usual way) and the next day I had to use my arms just to help me stand. Typically it happens the one session I decided not to wear the girdle pads...

By the thursday afternoon, I could walk, albeit with pain, but still unsteady on my feet today. By next tuesday I should be back in training no probs.

Sorry coach, but I doubt I could have gotten out of Hoggy's car (tis a little low) with that thigh hurting like it was, let alone trained. Will definitely be back next week (although will be taking it easy on thursday - if I remember and don't get carried away again).

Tuesday was a hard work for us D guys - at one point didn't we just have one down lineman while I walked off that foot injury and took on fluids?

Come to think of it, I think we only had 15 or so on tuesday too. The O was 9-men strong and the D around 7-strong most of the time weren't they?

Sorry for poor turn out, but have got O/T at work for the next month... and that is like rocking horse sh*t.
Will be available come game day and am doing fitness work at lunchtimes.
Spoke to Marco today (friday) and his dad is not well so he had to work this week.
Will catch you all come game day anyway.

Well it ain't for me to comment here, as i havn't the time to commit to this club, but i will anyway.Because i have a big mouth.
You don't train= you lose games.
Train a lot= win games.
There, hope i spelled that out for any retards who are a bit slow on the uptake.

Simple fact is guys, it's your team, and don't just think it'll be there when you can be arsed to get back.
One day , it won't be.
