has anyone got one of these santa brought me one it seems stupid but it really does give your arm wrist and grip a work out

I bought one a while ago after hearing Padraig Harrington used one, i used to play golf a bit back then, didnt help my game so went back to my old wrist exercise, far more satisfaction
