Gatorade

If anyone's interested, Wilkinsons in Whitehaven has Gatorade at 1 pound per 4-pack as a clearance deal. If I lived closer, I'd pick up some more (she struggled home with 15 4-packs somehow... by the time I knew about it, she was on the bus already), but I think I've got enough to be lasting for a while yet.

I drink it as an extra source of anti-oxidants which helps my gout, but I find it also helps replace fluids better than plain water, but isn't cloying like Lucozade Sport... (less crap in it too).

Just in case anyone needs some for tomorrow (or needs a hangover removed).

make sure you get enough to baptise spike - win lose or draw its his first outing as head coach and you better believe he's put a hell of an amount of his time in to help you guys.

ps. you can tell him it was my idea - i live far enough away not to get in trouble!
