iv been thinking and it will be better to have a crack at training but mightaswell put up some food for thaught

Big Whiteboard, shows whos playing currently so we can see whos supposed to be on. 1 for special teams and 1 for O and D?

Iv made 1 set of laminated numbers so we can hold it up and commnicate to the field, on whos off. id say its the guy whos coming ons job to do this.

a dedicated sideline manager non playing whos in charge off numbers and making sure that everyone knows whos supposed to be ready to go on/off as its difficult when some guys are playing both ways. We got marked down for this, i think, so its an important role. so its got to be someone whos not afraid to shout, and is "noisy" to get through tired heads

non playing staff wear high vis vests so we can see em right away.

Once the huddle is broken we go with whos on the field at that time
