Monday ! & Still sore

Well Boys ! what a Day ! First off Well done ! Cant believe how well we done . It was class ! My arm is Wrecked my kneck is killing and my back feels as though the D line slept on it but............. i dont care cos i loved it ! cant wait till thursday so we can go through "over the top" passes as thats the only thing we done wrong . Love ya boys ! HALO !!!

I am still a bit sore too, the muscles in my upper arms are hurting, all worth it though.

yeah boys i think were all carrying knocks! ive got a buet on my left arm that covers from the mid forearm to mid upper arm and the right is near similar but loved the competitive nature of the game and the hits. bring on the repeat! also my kneck feels like someone has bin hammering it into my shoulders! c u all at training!

My upper arms are still buggered as well and I have a nice collection of bruises on my arms, all good fun though. Should be gone just in time to make new ones on the 2nd.
