New Sponsorship Deal

I am pleased to announce that i have just secured a sponsorship deal with Solway Daf for a one off payment of £1500.00.

This will go a long way to help our registration and team kit.

Again this has taken a lot of hard work and we need numbers down at training to really move this forward.

WE ARE ON OUR WAY

May i be the first to say a big thankyou to Steve and our new partners?

As he says though, we need to look on this as a business investing in us and what we do... and that means we need to do it well, professionally and look for improvement.

It,s also a good excuse to contact the local papers again & get a picture with Steve with a big arse cheque, that will hopefully drum up some more intrest & help to find more players??

Another quality effort from the Big Man! Should be enough to cover the cost of the trail of destruction and injury he leaves at training!

Liking the idea of Tommys to try get a few photos in the paper, would be excellent publicity for us as well as our new found sponsors.

My parents own a business and my dad is interested in sponsoring us too, he mentioned £1,000 a year.

Dan the world was already togehter it is now that our team seems to be moving, now we need a coach and some more suited players then we can play other people

im trying to get stagecoach to commit to sponser us they need a bit of arm twisting
it prob wont be much but anything better than nowt eh

If you can get them to sponsor us with free travel to away games that would be fantastic.

We don't always need money from sponsors and it would save us a fortune. Its only 5 away games in a regular season, and we can even say we will pay for the away friendly games and if we make post season.

Maybe they will lend us a bus for away trips, i'm sure i know a guy who can drive one?

That's cool Marco77. If he's happy to help then thats the better than nothing, but his company should get a mention when we do a newspaper clip as it would only be fair to help give it a mantion.

stagecoach have offered us coach travel to away games at Cost (diesel.drivers wages*)
if we are planing any away games this season we need dates asap so we can book the coach/es before all the daytrips are planned
but they said they would try to help if date clashed with a booking
they dont have that many coaches

*that isnt much trust me*
