i undertand the prem and league 1
whats the format in league 2
and what if say a southern division team gets relegated and the wolverines get promoted to keep each division balanced.

They just re structure the leagues.
Some teams will always be northern etc, but some teams like Chester may move about conferences to sort out numbers etc.
