Who is joining u at training tomorrow?

With the Bank Holiday and the football the numbers have been poor the last couple of weeks, lets put it right tomorrow and have a good turn out and a good session.

Lets get serious at training again and start the build up for our first game.

Hi guys it's reece. Sorry wasn't at training on thursday. Reason being my sister passed away this week so things been hektic i will see if i can make tomorrows training as funeral is on tuesday.

I won't be training for a bit as I finally went to see the physio to see what's wrong with my neck on Friday and I've got whiplash, so I'm out for a while.

Sorry havent been at training last 2 weeks it's been hectic will explain when i get back if you didnt see my post last week, i won't be able to come to next couple of training sessions as getting bogged down with work and i got a test for the police on thursday should be back in 2 weeks with any luck.
just in case you thought i'd dropped out. Nar!

Cheers dave much appreciated will be back soon as i can at mo work is a bitch need to get back just for the fitness if nowt else i put on weight just this last week. Need to get running and that if i;m gonna pass the fitness test for police anyways.
