Welcome back to HARD WORK

Happy New year ALL
Well i am sure you all went for a jog and lifted weights or cycled a 100 miles (tommy) during the Christmas break so the Turkey and stuffing didn't just sit on your stomach.
But if you did not then hell starts tonight, we have to start to get serious and fitness and drills are a must. We all enjoy to scrimmage but we must work hard before hand.
See you all tonight (is TJ's leg better or does he have another excuse !)
