Ok, All set for training, just need some directions to mill toft field if anyone can help out, coming from whitehaven end.

Do you know the Spar shop in Maryport?? The field is across from that, go over the bridge and its the first left after the bridge, literally at the end of the bridge, if you pass the spar shop you've gone to far.
Hope this helps.

its on the main road you cant miss the big spar garage!
the gap to the field is opposite and its a gap in the wall youll make a sharp left we wiill be on the right hand side pitch,

or just follow the noise of a crazy american with a limp calling everyone Duuude! or if you see a very gay smart car parked up thats us too
