shoulder  problem Empty shoulder problem

ive hurt my shoulder a few times (age i thnk) i either spraining it or its popping out and back in it does hurt and luckily no traning monday as i cant lift arm above head or carry much weight on it, itll be ok in another day or so but. i
im thinking of getting a shoulder support (have you seen the price) sizes etc or anyone got one to try for size and see if they are any good, or any advice ill went to chemist and she gave me a brown bandage but the dozy mare only gave me a piece of cloth that goes round me chest twice

i would try eastbay.com i seen some on there website desgined for football bout $37.00

Mate, is your shoulder injury caused by having the 3 QB's who were on your side on Thursday crying on it lol!

I have one, I'll let you use it on thursday and see if its what your looking for. Mine cost either 40 or 30 quid (can't remember)
