Re: A quick show of hands
I checked the drive to copeland and is only an extra 7 miles from lakes college workington where we were training originally.
I know it is further but not a lot compared to the lakes college.
I think we need to maximize the outside training opportunity so we can work on punts, kick offs, field goals and returns

Re: A quick show of hands
I'm fine for both and I know we'll be training there for at least a little while, but if all those from the Carlisle area can't make it we could lose 6 people who are regulalrly there and have no head coach every monday and depending on shifts and other factors end up with similar numbers to the past too sessions and though I've enjoyed them (knees to the groin excepted) and they've been fun, we need more people. If we can use the weight room Paddy mentioned elsewhere it could be good for those of us who don't go to the gym to try the weights and build up to going outside of training. Might be a good thing for low numbers as well as special teams.

I'm There!!
Yeah I can do that, closer for me!!! I was thinking about this and here's a thought. Should we concentrate more on O and special teams at copeland and the concentrate on the D at Dearham?? My reason is most of the dudes that can't or won't travel to copeland stadium are playing defense, am I right? and this way they won't get left out and we can still have some goos sessions outside.
Now if Lord Lucan (spike) can reappear then we are laughin.

Oh yeah I wasn't wanting folk tpo think I was saying not to go to both, as you need a d and o to practice.
Sundays might be an option, but again people may not want to come as it is the weekend,,,,
