Good session again guys, was a lot to learn in a short time, obviously we have some intelligent players.
One point i would like to make on the sprint training after the warmup. A couple of guys obviously felt they'd had enough and stopped taking part.
Now, you are all volunteers, and you pay to play this game, so Steve and I can't make you do something you don't want to do.
But i would ask that even if you are dead on your arse you still try, even if you stand there and shuffle along it's better than giving up.
It' s down to the team to encourage players who are finding it tough (and it is tough), please encourage your team mates, and as i said, even if you just jog through , it's better than nothing.
Remember we have to bond as a team, so if it means carrying someone through a drill then that's what you must do.
Again though, good session, and a great effort.

I can't agree more and I will endeavour to be more of an encouragement.
